Welcome to Black Bear T-shirt Printing, LLC. Our Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning T-shirts purchased through our e-commerce website. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.

1. Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Eligibility:

  • We accept returns and exchanges for T-shirts within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all tags and packaging intact.

1.2 Exclusions:

  • Personalized or customized T-shirts, final sale items, and promotional or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2.1 Contact Us:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at chli@att.net within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.

2.2 Authorization:

  • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

3.2 Exchange Shipping:

  • If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

4. Refunds and Processing Time

4.1 Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

4.2 Exchange Processing:

  • Exchanges will be processed promptly after receiving the returned item. The replacement item will be shipped once the exchange is processed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1 Notification:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective T-shirt, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged or defective item for assessment.

5.2 Resolution:

  • We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund, including return shipping costs.
